Use of the web site is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using or shopping on the site, you agree to all of the conditions and any related conditions, policies, and guidelines.
In the event of improper use of the web site, Feys+Hobbs reserves the right to cancel your account(s) and to restrict your access to any part or all of the site at any time, without prior warning, and at Feys+Hobbs' sole discretion.
Feys+Hobbs reserves the right to edit, modify or discontinue using any part of the site at any time.
Shipping Policy
The F+H on line store offers two types of products i) retail and ii) catered orders. For retail orders, we will ship within two business days via Purolator, unless we contact you to make alternate arrangements. Catered orders will be delivered on the date and time that is indicated on the order placed.
Return Policy
Should there is a problem with a product, you be dissatisfied or breakage occurs in shipping, please contact our office within 24 hours of receiving your product(s). We will endeavour to replace our credit your account as applicable. The nature of our products being made without preservatives and additives can mean a shorted shelf life once opened. We encourage you to use and enjoy your preserves. Please follow all package directions and store the products as indicated on the label.
Electronic Newsletters+Communications
By visiting the Feys+Hobbs web site, emailing us, or subscribing to receive electronic Newsletters or updates from Feys+Hobbs, you agree that Feys+Hobbs has permission to communicate with you, and that these communications meet any requirements that need to be in writing.

If you spot an error, please let us know and we will rectify the information where necessary. If you purchase a product that was not as it was described, you are welcome to return the product for a refund.
